Sonnox Plugins Refund Policy

At Sonnox, we’re dedicated to providing audio tools that meet the highest standards. We understand that purchasing software is an investment, and our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow. Below, you’ll find details on eligibility and the steps to request a refund if needed.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You’re eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you’ve already activated the licence, please deactivate it through iLok License Manager before submitting your refund request.

2. Trials and Pre-Purchase Evaluation

We offer fully functional trials so you can explore our plugins’ features, compatibility, and performance prior to purchasing. We encourage you to take advantage of these trials to ensure our plugins meet your needs.

3. Bundles

For products purchased as part of a bundle, refunds apply only to the complete bundle and follow the same unused-product policy as individual items.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you’d like to request a refund, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number, registered email address, and a brief explanation of your request so we can assist you promptly.

We aim to review refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Note that we’re not responsible for any delays between authorizing the refund and the processing times of payment gateways.

5. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased through an authorised third-party reseller, please refer to their refund policy, as your contract is with them.
