    My Go To EQ

I love this Dynamic EQ. I own other brands such as Fabfilter, Izotope Ozone and Neutron. I used it as a initially a learning tool to understand what I was hearing and being able to understand the subtle movements. Now I can EQ without the labels of what sits in what section such as Rumble, Boom, Mud, etc. I could use the more expensive EQ's but I can't get away from Claro. It not only sounds GREAT. It feels great to use!

    Claro EQ

Posted by Andy on 10th Feb 2025

UI is slick and easy to use, mix tab is exceptionally useful. only complaint is that Claro is very CPU heavy, especially with multiple instances of it open during mixing/mastering. i love being able to see what frequencies are clashing across channels, but having multiple instances open significantly slows down the UI and my entire DAW, even with an M2 chip.
